- MGM SALEM ENGLISH SCHOOL, KELAKAM is one of the leading education institutions in Kannur District under the CBSE Curriculum. We started our institution in the year 2000 for cherishing the long dreams of the people in and around our locality. We had a small beginning with few students and Teachers in a temporary building in the premises of St. Thomas Orthodox Shalem Church, Kelakam.
- On 5th June 2000, we started our institution with the Kindergarten and LP Section. In 2007 the school was shifted to the new building which is situated a little away from Kelakam Town.
- We have a superb school and a Principal whose leadership is remarkable and inspiring. An excellent team of dedicated members of faculty, who empower the students with overall transformation of their personalities to be better citizens of tomorrow, is an asset to MGM SALEM ENGLISH SCHOOL.
- Our non-teaching staff also plays an important role in the smooth running of the school.
- The students of MGM excel in academics nonacademic and discipline. They display great generosity to the poor and much kindness and sympathy to the sick and needy.
- ‘Oru Pothichoru’ a noble venture of mid day meal programme to help the destitutes of Mariya Sneha Bhavan is s an inspirational effort of our students which I really appreciate.
